Stock Items:
Stocked items are in house and will ship out same day when the order is placed by 2PM EST. If one of these items is on backorder and shows “out of stock”, please expect longer production times.
Custom Items:
Custom items are produced on demand, and production varies by item. Production time is generally 15-20+ business days after the order is placed plus transit time. However during current times some orders may be up to 4-6 weeks for production time.

- Tumble dry low or air dry to prevent shrinking.
Hats:

- Avoid soaking the hat to maintain its shape.
- Air dry on a flat surface, avoid direct sunlight.
Polos:
- Machine wash cold, delicate cycle.
- Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron on low if needed but avoid the logo or prints.
Jackets:
- Check the label for specific instructions.
- For most jackets, machine wash cold with mild detergent.
- Zip up or fasten closures to prevent damage.
- Hang to dry to maintain shape and water resistance.
